🧭 How Customer Management Works

Customers can be created here manually or discovered automatically from existing Sales records. When a new customer is entered through the Sales module, the customer can be added to this customer database for future retrieval. The system normalizes customer names so that differences such as Mwambeo, mwambeo and MWAMBEO do not unnecessarily create duplicate customer records.
